1- It helps boost memory by adding 55 grams of ground ginger to 50 grams of Frankincense Aldkr, 50 grams of black beans, and then add the mixture to one kilogram of pure honey. Taking one tablespoon of the mixture every morning before breakfast can lead to a better memory function.

2- It cures headache by kneading one teaspoon of ground ginger in a cup with a teaspoon amount of olive oil. Massaging the painful area of the head with the resulting paste will ease the pain to a great extent.

3- It fights off insomnia and depression by shaking an amount equal to a full glass of hot milk with a quarter of a tablespoon of ground ginger, and drinking the resulting milk shake 15 minutes before sleep.

7- It relieves irritable colon discomfort, as when pain starts to develop, some sort of a potion is made by adding to a half a glass of water, 50 grams of ground ginger with 50 grams of ground cumin with the final touch of a teaspoon of vinegar on top. That potion should be drunk with the onset of colon discomfort.


8- Ginger also has an important role in the cold season, where it can warm the body and protect it from many winter diseases. A hot milk or cinnamon drink is made to which ground ginger can be added with a few sprinkles of sesame, and it can be sweetened with sugar or honey.

9- It can be used to cure a cold, by drinking it hot especially if sweetened with honey and supporting this with chewing half a tablespoon of black beans every 12 hours till the cold symptoms go away.

10- Last but not least, it can provide a relief from asthma first by chewing Frankincense Aldkr and swallowing its juice, followed by drinking the hot mixture of ground ginger with circuit gravel every 12 hours.
